Is it just happening to me? Where have all the signatures gone?

First of all I use an iPhone. I thought this problem might be limited to that but it’s not the case because it’s there when I go on my laptop.

I can’t see any signatures on everyone’s posts. Which is annoying. Not so much in the case of regular contributors to the forums but for those who don’t and the newbies.

Often, when someone makes an interesting comment I click on their signature and have a look at their stories and profile. But I can’t do that now because I can’t see any signatures.

I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I admit I’m not very good with technology, but haven’t been able to solve my problem. I’ve been looking for someone to ask this question and for the answer to be given but haven’t seen anything.

Am I the only one this is happening to? If so would someone tell me which steps to take.

Correction. I’ve seen the answers to Kumquatqueen’s post.

Assuming he’s asking the same question, which seems to be the case, none of them work. If they do please explain the steps in simpler form.

I was going to post a link to the ongoing discussion on this subject in the Author's Hangout, then noticed you'd started that thread.

Seems to be a couple of issues affecting what you can see on the new platform, depending on your device.

i click on my icon next to my name (top right of page), and select 'preferences'. This takes me to here, with boxes to check or leave blank, including seeing sigs. Then save. I'm using my pc, though, not a phone, so can't say if it varies.
