Why is Biden now less popular than Trump?

Only some judges said that and they didn't get all the evidence.

They looked at all of the evidence that held up in court. So did judges throughout the United States who made judgments. During the campaign public opinion surveys indicated that Biden was ahead. Public opinion surveys also demonstrated that Trump was the most unpopular president on record. During his term he never had majority support.

Let's say Biden cleaned house and brought on an entire new staff,

I would submit that you're going to basically end up with the same result
unless they completely sequester him and run a shadow government.

If this administration were to be likened to a chaotic system,
he's the strange attractor. His cognitive decline is noticeable.

He's become his own caricature and punch (-drunk) line...
Yes it was good that you recognize that
Nice little whine...

Well, it stood out because most of the time your whining is just mean..., not very nice.

Post #54 is an excellent example of this.

When the Rep take the House and Senate in Nov., then Biden will be President in name only. McCarthy and McConnell will be in charge......much to the relief for Biden......he and Mitch have been friends for 30 years......

Please keep your comments unless you know how the system works.....

It’s not a sure thing that McCarthy becomes speaker when the GOP takes control.

There are those who want to make Trump speaker, on the theory that the Speaker need not actually be a House member. I don't know whether House rules allow for that.

The Constitution doesn't say that the Speaker be required to already be a member of the House, but that's the precedent since the founding.

MTG will make Trump speaker

Even if this came to pass, can you actually see Trump being able to do the job?

It's not being President, where he can just set the whole agenda. As Speaker, there are way more roles and sitting time involved...he can't just fuck off upstairs at 11 am for the day...I can just picture him being bored out of his tree, while sitting through the Houses day, or instead delivering soliloquies for hours on end.... prior to gavel ling in or out of .....

Climbing?

Did you read your source that features the headline:

President Joe Biden approval holds near lowest levels of his presidency

Do you understand the word "near"?

Trump was not unpopular with the vast majority,
and that shows up in the actual election results unless
you want to say that Biden was only slightly less unpopular
with that "vast majority" but still not popular enough to win the "vast" vote...

What does that even mean? Trump was never very popular, he barely won in 2016, and he lost in 2020. It ain't rocket science.

No, but the only point is to place him in the presidential line of succession. Then they impeach Biden and Harris.
No chance. Even if one gets impeached, the other will appoint a Vice President on the spot. There’s no way to impeach two people at the same time.

Surprising that this thread persists. The premise of the thread is false. Biden isn't less popular than Trump and is unlikely ever to be so.

Well, I've seen posters on this board who think it can and will be done, and Trump will be president again before 2024.

You can't even get on the House floor unless you're an elected member of Congress (House, not Senate) or a credentialed House staffer. There isn't a chance in hell that you could be made Speaker of the House without being an elected member of the House from a congressional district.

This is just more silly Trumper talk.

Do you have any evidence that this is a substantial number of people?

....

I am convinced, beyond a shadow of doubt, that reading comprehension
has never been within viewing distance of your eyes and that
you have no idea what near meant in context.

The premise of the thread is that at this stage of his presidency Biden has a slightly lower approval rating than Trump did at the same stage per the Realclear Politics average.

Not being harsh to say he’s simply not equipped for anything that requires even a modicum of patience, diligence, or intellect.
