I have had Peking duck in 2 different restaurants in Hong Kong. One very upscale the other a "locals" restaurant. Very different from each other but both delicious.

I sincerely love Peking duck, had it once in a local restaurant in Hong Kong, it was delicious! several times in Bangkok, both in restaurants and some from street stalls... Utterly delectable

And I am fortunate enough to have some great restaurants in my own city as well.

All in all, I am always amazed of the quality of the duck, and just how much taste it has.

So many people here hating on the little green death bombs, it's hilarious. It's all about getting them while they're fresh and how you cook them. Done right they're great but talk back at you later. Screw them up and they're pretty awful.


And the early Springsteen was alright, not great but alright.
