You can't post from that website on lit. They block it. There are a few that are blocked. You can tell because when you "preview post" there are a bunch of asterisks in the address.

But, if you:
right click on the image you want to repost and "copy image address"
then click on the little postcard looking icon up above and paste that when the dialog box opens "Please enter the URL of your image:"

What if the image you want to post is on your personal hard drive, and NOT on the web?

Lit doesn't do image hosting. Your image will have to be on the web.
After photobucket became greedy assholes and tumblr went all holier than thou I paid for my own.
I lost too much to entrust it to "free" sites. It's really not that expensive.
