Not really a big fan of high heels as we prefer being totally naked at all times although my wife and the other ladies in our family do wear them to go out. I must say though, whoever did the measuring is a little off. Those heels look far higher than what it says they are.

I love my heels, in fact I am wearing some right now as I always do. But I have to agree with Fred. I think that since these are shoes from European countries, someone may have messed up the conversion between metrics and inches. The ones I am wearing are like the ones in the middle that this says are 3 inches, and if you notice they measured that to the top of the shoe, not the heel itself. Mine measure 4 inches to the top of the heel and nearly six inches to the top of the shoe.
 
It was kind of a bad chart because they used really tall heels but the differences in geographical areas was a very modest difference.

That being said. A 2 inch heel is what I would call a "kitten heel" or something you would see almost every lady wearing at a wedding, or in an office.

A 3 inch heel is a heel that a lady would wear to church or a noticeable lady at an office.

A 4 inch heel a lady might also wear to church, but it would be noticeable. Not outlandish, just, "she is wearing some pretty high heels". The same thing for work. Not outlandish, but on the upper side of what you would see. If you are going out with your wife, she would wear something in this range. I tend to buy 3-1/2 inch heels for my wife so they are church, and date-night shoes.

A 5 inch high heel is something strippers and woman of the night wear. They are pretty tall.

A 6 inch inch heel is something my wife wears only in the bedroom. Its just too much for her to wear anywhere of purpose...and she lives in high heels.

Some might differ on their opinion of that, but that is a general breakdown.

Oh ya it is just my weak spot as well just cant get enough of that my one big (never had) dream is a lady in heels in bed naked having sex with me wow my never uses heels but my dreams are still there which i need to let go of as i will never get what i would like anyway

Thanks OldFred65... The chart was featured in the Daily Mail from the UK (of all places), and at the time I did think it was rather fantastical. But I am a fan (a woman's foot encased in the correct type of shoe, my, my...), my Wife isn't per se.

Although I must admit; if the heel is too long, I feel it looks too disproportionate (and I can't help thinking said woman must be in a lot of pain).

Thanks ChrissyCD64... Interesting... Do you find the sweet spot for yourself (if you don't me asking) is a 3 inch heel?
 
I love wearing heels. Makes me feel really sexy. Love when I catch a guy staring at them too lol

That's a great chart CuttingEdge (3 to 5 inches look good to me)... And your breakdown above awesome, thank you. I've never thought about it that way before, but made complete sense when I read it! I do envy you though!
