Extreme Tanning

I'm currently working on another story based on a different thread in this forum (one about weight gaining) and while working on that, I was thinking about other interesting fetishes. One that came to mind was the idea of tanning. Specifically extreme tanning. I know there's a thing for tanlines, and I do think that can fit in here, but this would mainly be about a pale girl that gets obsessed with tanning her skin darker and darker.

This is such a unique thing that I doubt anyone else would be interested in exploring it but I thought I might as well throw it out there and see what happens.

Why not. Getting tan lines, trying to get rid of tan lines, getting used to prolonged nudity for the goal, trying to correct "farmer's tan" (inside of upper arms noticeably lighter and similar shadows), and so forth.

Combined with exhibitionism and voyeurism and potentially flirting with full time nudity, only-one-nude while others are clothed and similar themes it could fit right in. I only would suggest to avoid making her submissive "slave" as that something of a trope of nudity themes I dislike, but could be tempting, as someone might even see deeply tanned body as a slave mark (that's historical, actually, and no, separate from racism, although perhaps may be connected tangentially), but hey, perhaps it can be subverted, used for a tension in a scene or few just to be rebuked.

I can see the tanlines as a fetish exploration of its own. A girl loving stark tanlines or her boyfriend getting off on it. I’ve seen some hentai images where a girl has a deep tan from a onepiece. There’s potential there for a story of its own. A guy and girl exploring a tanline fetish, her getting ones, losing them, getting odd and usual ones.

The “slave” idea doesn’t really appeal to me either for something like this either. Obviously it’s up to the writer ultimately, but I saw the focus more on the fetishization of the tan versus another fetish taking the forefront. The exhibitionism and voyeurism aspect I can see as her desire to show off her darker and darker tan, so the two could go hand in hand.

Is it her desire, or does a potential partner favor darker skin, or visible tan lines? For the latter, flip the concept -- a darker woman wears swimwear advertised as having skin-bleaching properties.

Color fetish! That is really, really interesting. I like that. I like the idea of the girl either through her own desire or her partners favoring darker skin. I wonder if it is partners, can it oddly veer into a tragic ending? Maybe it's the guy's fetish and convinces his partner to have darker skin. But ultimately, she ends up leaving him for someone that "matches," i.e. someone black or East Indian. Twisted af but I'm getting into the concept more.

Here's an anecdote that might jump start some ideas: I was at a nude resort once, and there was a beautiful woman there who always wore the tiniest of bikinis when the sun was out. She was happy to be nude after dark, and early in the morning, and in the pool or hot tub, but during tanning hours at the beach she needed to have her bikini on.

I asked her what that was about. She said that she ran an adult cam site, and her customers expected to see her with tan lines. Apparently that is a strong preference among many patrons of those sites.

The other tanning-related thing from that trip was that none of the guys wanted to get a sunburn on their dicks. So us single guys would always ask women to help us lotion them up. That always led to fun conversations.

Back in the 90’s, where I lived in the mid west, tanning was very popular among many of the light skinned women. I used to work with two such women. Both very sexy, and although they weren’t related they were dead ringers for each other. One was late 20’s and the other was 51. Both short haired blonds, slim but with very full asses. And both very, almost extremely tanned. This appealed to immensely in my mother daughter fantasies. I would imagine the young one as my wife and the 51 year old as her mother.
