Well, I'm very flattered!
For the longest time I was going to the gym three times a week and getting in a run every other day (but have to switch gyms now - long story - so looking to invest in a commercial treadmill and some equipment for home). I generally don't have a huge appetite, so when I do eat my portions are just naturally pretty small. And I'm constantly on the move otherwise with all kinds of things, which probably also factors into it.
Sorry I don't have a "magic bullet" routine! I think everyone does what they can to stay healthy (and in 2020, that also means staying SAFE), which is the most important thing!
