Nope, that means to splash with liquid and not to bathe.
Regardless, it's a lovely artistic photo. I don't see the melted chocolate so much. Looks more like beer or maybe small sea foam bubbles as the waves crash over you. It does make me wonder why there's no Bubblebath thread.
