Trump, Flynn, Cohen, Have A Bad Day.

No, because I see what your side decides to "waste tax dollars on" and all of you are a bunch of fucking hypocrites.

So yeah, keep cleaning Cheeto's taint with your tongue like a good feet soljer. He'll surely appreciate your devotion while burning your tax dollars some more on his way to the weekend vacation golf course for the nth time like he said he wasn't gonna do.

Trumplodytes don't care about anything except protecting their golden/orange goose who keeps shitting golden/orange eggs into their waiting mouths.

They've picked their orange gelatinous hill to die on.

Saying nothing came from the Mueller and Ukraine investigations is laughable. Multiple prosecutions and an impeached president sure seems like something to me.

I'm sure when Trump loses in November it will be another "great" day for team Trump.

Like I said, it's not whether I mind. It's whether you CONTINUE trying to delude yourselves into thinking you've got him now while wasting millions. The only consolation you seem to have is wasting more and more millions on the next fruitless quest chasing unicorns over rainbows.

You should REALLY examine your motivations and track record on that particular safari.

"Fruitless"???

Trump is impeached forever.

The criminals he surrounded himself with are in prison or are awaiting sentencing.

The republicans in congress have been exposed as defenders of Trump rather than defenders of the constitution. John Bolton proved that the democrats were justified in their vote to impeach. Imagine if everyone else had been forced to testify under oath and all subpoenaed documents had been provided. The republican obstruction has been made clear. The democrats impeachment has been vindicated and validated.

None of this will affect Trumps orange lipped/tongued/nosed supporters, but independents are abandoning Trump and the GOP. The LGBTQ community and their families now know Trump and the GOP lied to them as well. The elderly have seen how little Trump and the GOP care about them and their support from that group is slipping. More and more republicans are turning on Trump, including many in the religious community.

The democrats investigations haven't been "fruitless" or pointless. They have been goal oriented and have achieved many of their goals.

A doorknob has a better chance of understanding what you wrote than HisArpy...

Oh, Harpy understands it. He's just pretending it doesn't exist and keeps asking for evidence that's been given constantly already as an Internet game to jerk folks around. It has no effect on what the end results will be, though.

Let's be clear about one thing. The decision set up four separate and distinct criteria for a House subpoena against the President's papers, weren't there before the ruling. Trump actually wrecked Nancy Pelosi...again.

First, courts should carefully assess whether the asserted legislative purpose war-rants the significant step of involving the President and his papers. “ ‘[O]ccasion for constitutional confrontation between the two branches’ should be avoided whenever possible.” Cheney v. United States Dist. Court for D. C., 542 U. S. 367, 389–390 (quoting Nixon, 418 U. S., at 692). Congress may not rely on the President’s information if other sources could reasonably provide Congress the information it needs in light of its particular legislative objective.

Second, to narrow the scope of possible conflict between the branches, courts should insist on a subpoena no broader than reasonably necessary to support Congress’s legislative objective. The specificity of the subpoena’s request“serves as an important safeguard against unnecessary intrusion into the operation of the Office of the President.” Cheney, 542 U. S., at 387.

Third, courts should be attentive to the nature of the evidence offered by Congress to establish that a subpoena advances a valid legislative purpose. The more detailed and substantial, the better. That is particularly true when Congress contemplates legislation that raises sensitive constitutional issues, such as legislation concerning the Presidency.

Fourth, courts should assess the burdens imposed on the President by a subpoena, particularly because they stem from a rival political branch that has an ongoing relationship with the President and incentives to use subpoenas for institutional advantage. Other considerations may be pertinent as well; one case every two centuries does not afford enough experience for an exhaustive list.

Oh and Vance and his case. With the wishy washy language Roberts inserted into his decision, Vance, will be a long time with several new hurdles to clear before he see's Trumps Taxes. Looks like more winning to me.:D

Lol, keep fronting that fake narrative.

Yes, Trump is impeached. What you DIDN'T MENTION. probably because it grates on your nerves, is that he wasn't convicted and removed. Oopsies.

Oh and all those "convictions" you mentioned? You'll notice NONE OF THEM have anything to do with Trump other than the people convicted seemed to be Trump associates who were targeted because they're Trump associates.

Maybe you can explain why it happened like that?

Are you saying that Stormy Daniels had nothing to do with Trump?

Lazaran is a Rachel Maddow fan.

I have my doubts for an en banc hearing. I'm not convinced that if it is denied that the crazy Sullivan won't try and take it to the SCOTUS. Cohen went back to jail for violating his release conditions, tough shit.;)

Sullivan has only 3 possible options, 2 of which are bad for him and the 3rd iffy.

En Banc is granted. (This is possible because the circuit might want to establish a rule regarding what "leave of court" means in joint motions to dismiss. This could go either way but it's Sullivan's best shot.)

En Banc is denied for the reason that the decision need not be reviewed or because a lower court judge has no standing to appeal a higher court directive on what constitutes the law.

En Banc is not granted because the minimum required number of justices (4 I believe for this circuit) didn't agree to hear the matter.

The odds aren't good for Sullivan.

Yep, a corrupt republican house and senate have been exposed by John Bolton as having failed in their role as a check on the executive branch. The independent voters will remember in November.

As for why all of the people surrounding Trump seem to go to prison???

Jail birds of a feather flock together???

Now that Trumps taxes and financials are going to be subpoenaed, Trump himself will likely be facing jail time once he is out of office next year.

It's all coming together nicely.

Meanwhile the politically corrupt House of Representatives and their leadership remain unmentioned.

Perhaps you could explain why you skipped that part?

Vance getting to Trump's taxes still has a few hurdles to clear. Some of which are certainly going to be appealed. Good luck on your "next year" timeline.

Which organizations are you referring to exactly? I’m gonna say you have zero clue what you’re talking about.

GLAAD CEO makes around 375k, LA LGBT Center CEO around 425k, etc...

All GLAAD does these days is recognize people with pointless awards, but at least the CEO found a way to make a decent living on Sociology/Women’s Studies degrees.

Not exactly GE CEO wages, but respectable. She wasn’t sitting around waiting for a stimulus check, anyways, and her salary is almost 4% of their annual expenses.

You can hit google if you need more, it’s all out there.

The dissenting Judge on the three judge panel basically called Judge Rao's opinion fecal haggis. Horseshit and bullshit wrapped in Trumps stomach lining. Many legal scholars also ridiculed her opinion.

Judge Rao was a good soldier for Trump, but that's all coming to an end now that the full court will be reviewing the ruling.

Expect Trump and company to have another bad day in the very near future.

So in a 2 to 1 decision, the panel decided that Sullivan is required to dismiss Flynn's case and yet somehow it's Trump's fault?

Yeah, that is so TDS.

Oh, and at this time the full court isn't "going" to review the case. The petition hasn't been granted yet. So your gloating is not only based on pure fantasy, it's premature.

The only thing corrupt about the House of Representatives was the first two years of Trump's presidency, and their obvious obstruction in the impeachment hearings.

John Bolton has made every republican in the house and senate look like idiots, and independents and moderates are going to remember in November.

Vance and company have been preparing for this SCOTUS ruling for a long time and should be ready to blunt any argument by Trumps attorneys.

Why the fuck do you think Trump is pissing himself???

You definitely have an STD (Sucking Trumps Dick) syndrome.

You seem to think that's a good thing.

Keep sucking and swallowing.

Come on, you can do better than that. Except like every lawyer I ever met, you cherry-pick one thing and hope that no-one remembers the rest of the story.

Every President so far impeached (which means accused - not convicted) has been allowed to continue by the inaction of the Senate. Actually there were only two others, Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson. Due to Nixon having the decency to run before he was pushed.

That's right, Nixon had more sense of decency than Trump. BTW, all that Clinton was impeached for was for not telling his wife (and us) about a blow job. How standards have changed. Trump boasts about having threesomes and assaulting women because, y'know, they let you when you're a star.

hey! i know! if we can't argue the issue, let's beat on some fags!

Tomorrows rally in NH is cancelled. Because they might get a little rain or T-storm.

Lol dudly, I'M NOT THE ONE who left out half the story and cherry picked the part he liked best.
