I apparently need to talk to her about this & join her!

How did the Wednesday morning class go?
So how many are practicing yoga while at home now? At least you can fully concentrate on your poses without any outside distractions.![]()
..would Love to see that last part..For me, yoga classes are like nude beaches. I don't go regularly, but I've been enough times to know that they're not an appropriate place to be turned on, unless you've chosen to participate in some kind of special erotic variation. That said, the both do have a way of charging the sexual spirit, so to speak. While there, I try to channel my sexual energy into a more wholesome sense of well being. When I get home, however (as happens with other forms of exercise as well), my mind a body might indeed flood with arousal. Nowadays I can feel sexy wearing yoga pants anywhere, and without panties if I'm feeling naughty.
I’ll plank in the morning. Once before I brush my teeth, then after, then while the coffee is brewing (not the whole time) it used to freak my oldest out to see her mom planking on the kitchen floor using dish towels for her elbows.
I’ll walk about a mile around 10:00 then while the girls are at recess we’ll go for a walk. Then after dinner it’s a two mile walk..
Lazy maybe but it’s working..
That seems like a good workout. Better than going from the bed to the couch. lol. I miss not being about to get out and walk the course while playing golf in the evenings. Of course my bike has two flat tires so need to order some inner tubes to fix them.
Yep, it’s long walks and getting to know our neighbors. Also movies for the kids on the garage..
