I think it has to do with the people who are doing the fucking...plain and simple.
I'm 5'7 and my wife is 4'11, when we met she was 95 lbs and I was stark and startling 135. And when we finally started having sex after 2 years, she ALWAYS complained about me being too big for her vagina and she felt like I was smothering her. But then she starts after 6 years, fucking my cousin who was 6'3, 200lbs with an eight inch dich that's half again the width of mine but never complained about it to him, to her friends, etc. etc. I don't think it has anything to do with sexual biomechanics, I think it has to do with the peoples mind and what they are willing to do, to get what they need.
AND SHE MADE SURE SHE GOT WHAT SHE NEEDED...
I got what I needed after he died screaming of prostate cancer back 2014.

Wow, I can see the problem with him. I'm a lot shorter so never had that problem lol.
Have been with tall women and when she was on top it was a little strange.

Well ... while it's true for yoga and such exercises that an exercise that makes people laugh to watch mostly is an effective and good exercise, this is as well true for this and similar exercises. Imagine you are part of it ... you would not think how that might look, I guess.
