You should understand that not everyone can simply dial up the President and have a phone conversation. Nobody can access the President's phone or email without being white listed by the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). You should be asking yourself who's email address was "white listed" on Obama's phone that would give the Russians access and who in the WHCA authorized it?

The meme that the Russians hacked the DNC is a cover for what really happened between the DNC and Ukraine. Durham is going to prove this is the case.

A form of citizenship/residence has always been required on the Canadian/US border. Prior to 9/11 a birth certificate or drivers licence was required to show citizenship/residence.

The US had since back in the 1980's been pushing for stricter requirements, however on the Canadian end we just kind of dragged our feet on the matter.
That of course changed with 9/11

I will also admit the US up until 9/11 was also way easier to enter, than returning back to Canada. I am not sure why our side were such dip shits, but they were.
