The Wonderful World of Artsy Images.

This gallery needs to stay open, celebrating bodies even when those bodies break down a bit. These pics are from the catalogue that all the fashionable nudists use when they have back pain (and note that the reddish tint symbolizes the constant ache radiating from the lumbar region).

Sorry to hear that you’re in pain but I love that your humour is still intact and that you shared your pics here.

Yes, my humerus remains intact. My back is another matter. In any case, knowing our lovely gallery curator likes my artwork keeps me going.

I hope the pain lessens too. Meanwhile, I'm learning my lessons for sure, but I enjoy your anatomy lessons better than what I'm getting.:rose:

I'm back with the next artistic endeavor dealing with my lumbar pain. As directed by therapists, I do more stretches every morning. As filtered in this image, my hamstring stretch has a surprising bit of color pop. Better that the color pop than the muscles in my back.

I'm glad you're stretching, it's important for your back....also, I love the color pop and those legs!

Lots of solar filtering, great effect.

The pain is better thanks to the good doctor and the prescribed stretching--not to mention feeling lots better when a lovely art critic gives me a good review.

You're right about the stretching, and I'm happy to hear you love the, uh, color pop, but loving those legs? Now that's a stretch.
