I'm visiting Cleveland for the next few weeks. Anything I should definitely see or do? Or great downtown restaurants?

If you like comedy hilarities is a great spot for that. The street its on is called east 4th. Its blocked off from vehicles and there are a bunch of restaurants and bars. (Mabels BBQ owned by micheal simon, butcher and the brewer, house of blues, the corner alley a bar with a small hipster bowling alley). They have a website east4thstreet.com you can see what is all there.
If you like different cultural things the west side market is fun to walk around. They have market items you can take home and cook but they also have places that make sandwhiches, pastries etc.
Slymans pastrami sandwhiches have been featured on various food network shows.
If you like italian little italy is a great place to go. Guarinos is my favorite.
Melt is also a big hit in the area. They specialize in gourmet grilled cheese. Dont let the description deter you they are amazing!
Tremont is also a great area of cleveland to visit. Slightly hipster scene but barrio tacos are good and there are a lot of bars.
Sightseeing touristy things: rock and roll hall of fame. Go see the cleveland script signs. East 9th street by the rock hall and edgewater park are great sunset spots.
Cleveland zoo is having a winter lights thing going on. Heard its nice. Playhouse square offers different types shows and performances.
The alex theater at the 9 venue also does some smaller comedy and entertainment shows and the seating is great. Ate at the bar there and it wasnt bad.
