What makes this a tragic situation is the fact that our media has taken a side. Russians and Chinese have been hacking us at will since the internet was discovered, whether it be a Dem or repub in office. Journalism used to bring truth to the surface, not anymore. When heads of large media corporations determine the priority mission of its company is the destruction of a duly elected president, we have lost our way. When the highest levels of government are used to frame a duly elected president and remove him from office, we've lost our way. When trusted government officials use their authority to usurp the law and ordain themselves as judge and jury to protect its people from themselves, are themselves, the true danger to our republic. They have put themselves above the law by deeming its own people cannot govern. People need to take a good look at the likes of Comey, Clapper and Brennan, they broke our laws to eliminate 63 million american votes.. Sounds very similar to Russian mob rule. 2020 is around the corner, we should let the American people determine the destiny of this country and not an impeachment scam. You don't like Trump then vote him out of office and not depose him like a third world country. Trump has done nothing to warrant an immediate removal and to do so is tyranny.

The level of indoctrination for the gullible masses is off the charts. They are being lied to by "cult masters" with propaganda equal to or better than Jim Jones and other death cult leaders ever managed to think up.

For instance: Judges have an ethical duty to not hear cases in which they can be perceived as having a conflict of interest or bias toward 1 party over the other. For ex: Judges cannot hear family law cases if they only represented husbands in their law practice. It's a perceived bias against wives seeking divorce. It's the same for landlord/tenant issues - if the judge only represented landlords in his law practice before becoming a judge, there's a conflict of interest because some of the litigants may be his prior clients AND he may be seen as being predisposed against tenants seeking relief.

As a judge, you just don't do those things and the case assignment manager works hard to ensure the issue doesn't come up or come up very often.

So, yesterday I went to this conference where the key note speaker, a former immigration judge, was up on the stage telling a vignette about how his law clerk was hired as a judge. Ok, good. Next he mentioned that his clerk is from Iran and fled Iran with the government chasing the clerk. Ok, and...?

The kicker came when the clerk now judge was told that no cases involving Iranian immigrants seeking asylum could be heard by the judge because it could be perceived as a conflict of interest and bias toward the asylee. The new judge obviously has "issues" with the government of Iran and cannot be seen as being impartial or neutral in those types of cases involving Iranian immigrants seeking asylum in the US..

Sound okay to me; who wouldn't have those kinds of issues if they're fleeing persecution and a death sentence? What say you?

But wait! Did you know that limiting the new judges cases to not include Iranian asylees is "systemic discrimination" against an Iranian born Judge? The judge is being "targeted" because of race? And is being "punished" for the judge's flight from Iran?

This is the level of idiocy that is being fed to the gullible people under the guise of "progress".

I wasn't the only one who walked out of the seminar early while most of the audience sat there with stars in their eyes and drool on their chins. People today have absolutely ZERO idea that they're being indoctrinated into a "cult".

The worst part is I paid to go to the seminar to sit and listen to the demagoguery.

The government submitted their final arguments Friday, as they were ordered to. Flynn's team is due to submit theirs, with no new contentions, tomorrow. Sentence date is still scheduled for November 18, I believe.

Remember, he apologized for that treason related remark. He has postponed Flynn's court date to evaluate Powell's evidence and motion. Remember, he's pissed off at the DOJ for violating his order as well. So things may change in Flynn's favor. I don't see the General getting ten years, either.

The 302 definitely doesn't match the agents hand written notes. Page said she doesn't recall editing Flynn's 302 but said she had to have seen it, and regularly received requests from Baker/Strozk to read and edit 302's for grammar. Her text to Strozk said "I made your edits," indicating specific corrections to the 302.
