Whistleblower

Please quote the EXACT WORDS in the "official call transcript" which you allege show that Trump committed an illegal act.

Not Schiff's version, or the MSM's version, or the TDS inspired version; quote the EXACT WORDS that you believe prove Trump committed a crime.

Then cite to the specific statute which makes those words a criminal offense and quote the relevant portions of that statute.

Please tell me what evidence you have of a seditious conspiracy. You know, if you're any good at all as an attorney you should be able to argue both sides, so see what you can come up with.

See the previous comment. Also, see my comments earlier in this thread.

Ahh so his crime is 'everyone just knowing he is a criminal' ....thought so.

That's right up there with Kavanaugh being a serial gang rapist because (D)'s just know it's true!!

NEVER going to happen. :D

Not even remotely close.

If you're claiming there's no quid pro quo in the call memorandum, you may be the only lawyer on Earth who doesn't recognize it as such. It's literally the first scene of The Godfather.

Yes Keith.

That's how we do it in the US.
I know this guy, who heard from this guy, who saw a guy, who once knew guy...

It's interest what extremes you have to go to to make your agenda half way reasonable.

You haven't read the whistleblower's complaint, have you? I didn't think so.

So many posts.....not one crime or statute specifically named.

Gee, I wonder why that is

Ok, for the beginning if you're going to make a claim of illegal conduct as a witness to that conduct, you MUST BE a witness to the conduct.

Otherwise, what you're saying is that you "heard' something about someone. That's called "gossip" not facts.

Yes, it was right for the IG to investigate the claims because even gossip can be right occasionally. That still doesn't make the "witness" an actual "witness" of what went down.

Next up is your "It's been increasingly mooted that there isn't just one whistleblower--there's a group who put this together" thing. Do you realize that if a group of people get together to make a FALSE CLAIM OF ILLEGAL CONDUCT FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES that's called a "seditious conspiracy" and a "coup"?

And that doing so a crime under multiple statutes?

Exactly!!! "FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE"!! People in the White House giving information to a second party is a "FUCKING LEAK" which is a prosecutable violation of statute 18 US code 798. If an individual has info on impropriaties in the office it is incumbent on that individual to come forward under the protection of the whistleblower protection act of 1989. Those white house individuals ( leakers ) are scum sucking cowards A fucking president can't have a private conversation with a foreign leader because Adam ( stupid fuck ) Schiff wants to be in on it.

Becoz impeachment doesn't rely upon criminal conviction or any statutory authority other than "High crimes and misdemeanors".

"The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct by officials, such as dishonesty, negligence, perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of public funds or assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, refusal to obey a lawful order, chronic intoxication, including such offenses as tax evasion. Offenses by officials also include ordinary crimes, but perhaps with different standards of proof and punishment than for nonofficials, on the grounds that more is expected of officials by their oaths of office. The word "High" refers to the office and not the offense. Indeed the offense may not even be a breach of criminal statute. Harvard Law Review: "The majority view is that a president can legally be impeached for “intentional, evil deeds” that “drastically subvert the Constitution and involve an unforgivable abuse of the presidency” — even if those deeds didn’t violate any criminal laws." LINK

So go move those goalpists somewhere else, chum Lee.

Calm down. Take a chill pill, or go outside and take a few deep breaths.

The transcripts speak for themselves. If the Congressional reps conclude that it was it was not in the interest of the United States for Trump to pressure Ukraine for a personal favor, they may end up voting for impeachment.

Any new witnesses that come out of the inquiry will also speak for themselves.

But just take it easy while that process unfolds. Remember, it took years and a winding path to impeach Bill Clinton for lying about consensual blow jobs. These things take time, my dears. Be patient, and let the evidence emerge.

In the end, impeachment comes down to a vote in Congress, and conviction comes down to a vote in the Senate. The Constitution does clench its butt and demand a vote or "proving a crime" on the porn board.

The DUMZ wrote the whistleblower document!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
https://dailycaller.com/2019/09/27/f...ats-complaint/

Quote:
Former CIA officer and National Security Agency Chief of Staff Fred Fleitz is suggesting that the whistleblower accusing President Donald Trump of misconduct had help from lawyers and House Democrats in crafting his complaint.

Fleitz suggests the document is just too polished and has too much in common with the Democratic impeachment agenda — and a tweet from California Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff, who is also chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

“This document looks as if this leaker had outside help, possibly from congressional members or staff.”

He also says the whistleblower’s declassified complaint, made public Thursday, “appears to be written by a law professor.”

What's not being discussed is that the transcribers in the white house most likely had a higher clearance than the assumed whistleblower. To engage with an individual of lesser clearance is a flagrant violation of US code 18/798. You never go lower, always higher. Then you have involvement with others on top of that, perhaps Schumer's legal counsel. This smells conspiracy right the from start.

Like BotanyTraitor and Rape-Enabler Timmeh like to remind us on a daily basis, Trump is the Real Victim here™!

Dragging the left for their blatant hypocrisy isn't reminding anyone Trump is a victim.

Nobody said anything of the sort.

Learn to read or just be less of a dishonest racist old white guy :D

Well????

Oh look no crimes named and no statutes cited.....imagine that. :D

Can anyone authenticate what national security violation took place with Trump's conversation with Ukraine leadership? I didn't see it!
