If this had been a black man he'd be shot dead the first ten seconds!

An 18-year-old Virginia man has been charged with three brutal murders after leading police on a chase through the streets completely naked.

Authorities believe Matthew Bernard killed his mother, Joan Bernard, his sister, Emily Bivens and Emily's one-year-old son, Cullen. Emily Bivens was the wife of Tampa Bay Rays pitching prospect Blake Bivens, currently signed with Alabama's Montgomery Biscuits.

Police responding to shots fired arrived at Bivens' home in Pittsylvania to find all three dead, along with the family dog. Neighbors reported seeing Matthew leaving the house armed with a rifle and running into the woods, according to WSLS.

Schools in the area were placed in lockdown and neighbors were notified of an armed and dangerous suspect on the loose. Close to 100 officers reported to aid in the search for Bernard.
Where's the fucking lie?

Nope.

Cops don't tend to shoot unarmed naked men, especially when a local news crew is filming it...doesn't matter if they are black, white, latino, etc. The only "clean shoot" where a cop would shoot an unarmed perp, is if the individual tried to take the cop's weapon. In 2018, 47 unarmed perps were shot and killed by cops. Of those 47:

23 were white
18 were black
06 were latino

Of those 47, a small percentage probably did not attempt to take a cop's gun and were straight up murdered by cops.

They didn't shoot this man even as he chased the cop.

And cops have shot unarmed black men who never even tried to take their gun. More so, by proportion, than white men.

If it wasn't for the three murders, the video would have been funny. Guys want nothing to do with subduing another guy who is naked.
I don't know if the cops knew they were dealing with the suspect in a triple homicide. If they did they probably would have been more aggressive. Probably would have popped the guy in the balls with a nightstick.

I didn't quote you and the person I DID quote dragged race into the equation.

As for your question, I don't give a shit whether they shot his ass or not.
Bitch please, if a black man pulls out a cell phone or a wallet he gets shot.

White men storm a police station with guns and don't get shot.

Like any other fight you have with me, this is not one that you even have a remote chance of winning.

The mainstream media, rarely, if ever, shows those cases on the news (unless it was a mass shooting). The Daniel Shaver case is particularly egregious. Mark Garagos, the lawyer for his family was on CNN regularly as a guest. He spent over a year trying to get CNN to report on Shaver's story and got nowhere. On his Reasonable Doubt podcast with Adam Carolla, the reason why: Daniel Shaver was white and he did not fit in with the narrative that CNN typically pushes with officer-involved shootings. When the court finally released the bodycam footage of his murder, I believe CNN only spent a day covering it.

Unarmed Daniel Shaver killed by cops.

Unarmed Zachary Hammond shot twice in the back.

Unarmed & deaf Daniel Harris.

Researchers have used various approaches to try to determine the best benchmarks for the data, such as looking at the arrest rates where the shootings occurred or factoring in the context of encounters that end in a shooting. Did the suspect have a weapon? Were officers or another civilian being threatened? In a 2017 study3, for example, Nix determined that black people fatally shot by the police were twice as likely as white people to be unarmed.
Now sit down!

If he had been black they may have seen his dick as a weapon. A white guy...not so much.

Darklighter's ignorance of weaponry is due to the fact that he packs a

'booty call rocket' in his 'holster' instead of a light saber.
