That sounds like a plan! Oh yes, wild turkey meat is much more tender than bred turkeys. Meat that isn't stressed, meaning the animals don't go through any trauma is fork tender. Free range if you can get it, is better for everyone.I love to eat deer! Ive done both stew and roast. I wrap the roast in bacon to avoid the meat to be dry.
