A world where many eras cross over; Gothic, steampunk, diesel punk, etc.
No one era is superior or minority.
A sexually driven balance is in effect at all levels ; government, domestic bliss, corporations, ...

Though after the previous generations of masculine propaganda of superiority because of biology, the feminine members of society are slowly gaining ideas to take over. The masculine are aware of something , however not entirely sure if it paranoia or something real.

Have you ever read the Riverworld series by Phillip Jose Farmer?

The premise is that every human who ever lived is resurrected simultaneously on a planet that has been terraformed into one continuous river valley. There is, obviously, a lot of the mixing of people from different times you are interested in. It's a good series, and it might give you some ideas.

Many paradigms intersecting will produce Balkan fragmentation, not one composite society. I see a world where each worldline occupies a region, with solid cores but complex conflicts and mixes at their borders. Don't go too far -- steampunks probably can't beat atomjacks and hiveminds. Confine each region's powers to their realm.

Ah, but corporations could be the glue holding this disparate world together, much as the Templar and Fugger banking systems connected many remote realms. Let's see competition between globe-spanning masculinist, feminist, castrato, freemartin, incel, and perv-run conglomerates. Make it fun.

I see a series of interconnected theme parks.

Maybe with a climate like ..... central Florida.

All the DisneyBurbs are linked by Boring Co tubes, sure.

Naw, the GothPunk stuff has to be in an Ice Age setting, SteamPunks need ancient London smog, DieselPunks are in a Mad-Max-era Oz desert, and Rainbow People are in fog-washed Ecotopia. But Jurassic Florida could flourish, with giant mosquitoes.
