I always suggest taking vitamin D supps in the winter. I know the whole over multi-vitamins are BS and all that but I find they help, even if it is just a placebo effect but I feel better when I take them. It usually takes until late November to start feeling like shit and thinking something is wrong. Take it for the worth of the paper it is written on.
Yeah vitamin D and multis usually work. Some days though. Ugh.
