I don't have kids; but I'm always a little suspicious when someone does something that's nice, and above and beyond their usual behavior.

Not all, I think most parents get a little suspicous ;) If it is not your birthday or mother's day it depends on the age of the child whether they have broken your favourite plate or dented the car. Hope that it's not too bad or they really just had a loving moment.

Maybe that's it. Usual behavior. I find that I am really good at discerning patterns in people's behavior. So anything out of the norm raises a flag for me.

Well he *says* he just felt like making me breakfast but I don't know. It was really good though. So whatever he wants, he might have scored the requisite brownie points.

Up early this morning to more snow! Ughh.. this winter is so awful. Trying to muster the gumption to get my first coffee of the day and contemplating moving to Florida...rain and gloom sounds so nice right about now Rivvie! 😍
 
Come to UK where once Brexit is completed we will live in temperate climes where it only ever rains when we are asleep and winter (fall) will only take place when Santa is delivering presents for all the arsoles who voted for it
 
Home from work, office building closed due to the fact the company's CIO slipped and fell on his way to lunch.
