Pfft, like my kids are allowed crisps or TV.

I get thanked every day for my cooking, I'll have you know. I can hear the love in their words "not this shit again". And they know that if they don't put their clothes in the washing basket then they don't get their weekly trip to McDonalds, which they love. One day I might let them come inside and eat with me.

Just Changing Rooms type of stuff. But not in the two-day crappy way. We've needed to 'find' another bedroom for my grandson, so logistics have been a pain in the arse. Thank fuck we live in a decent sized Victorian house.

I keep hearing about people downsizing, but I don't get it, I mean my family seems to keep getting bigger. Ok they're not here all the time, but when they are you have to put them somewhere. I need to find another bedroom or two, I've looked in the garden, but it seems the only way is up. My house becomes quite indecent on occasion

We may have to consider building a stud wall in the largest bedroom to create two smaller ones, but will leave that for another year or two when they're all a bit older, and the bigger ones don't need toys as such cluttering their rooms. A bed, a computer, and a wardrobe. On that basis, am sure I can fit another 3 rooms in here...
