Kreepy Kavanaugh

Awful lot of #Ascription,yet again!

"Preponderance of evidence" does not mean "pile on some more,, even less substantiated allegations"

Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable. it does not improve with age. Uncorroborated allegations are even less trustworthy.

You are nowhere close to "preponderance of evidence" here which is why Dems are saying he is not owed a presumption of innocence. Do try to keep up with the approved talking points.

Unlike Slick Willy the actual rapist, no one has accused Kavenaugh of rape. If you want to castigate actual rape enablers as you would have to go with the Arkansas State Police, Hillary Clinton, James Carville, George Stephanopoulos...

Clinton was actually convicted of rape? Glad you read your marching orders this morning.

Also, CLINTON!

And this is the #MeToo fight that we are all embroiled in.
If she says it, he is guilty. Is she supposed to be questioned? NO!

This is why Ford won't show up. She demanded to be questioned by only male Senators so that she could play victim. Now she's going to be subjected to questioning by a FEMALE professional in the area. This is why I don't think she will show up to "his" trial in a court where half of the jurors have already pronounced him guilty.

I think you may be right about someone not showing up today, but wrong as to the identity.

This has not been a good day for America's pro-rape faction.

I disagree with what Que said about HR in corporate America. I have worked in and with HR. This candidate would immediately be passed over. In a heartbeat.

Anything Q-#### says is anecdotal at best. He knows fuck all about corporate HR in America.

Just noticed something interesting at the hearing today of Christine Ford. She was being asked questions about what happened during her polygraph test. One of her response's was:

"I remember being hooked up to a machine, like, being placed onto my body, and...ummm, being asked a lot of questions..."

Here's an interview that I watched yesterday with the retired FBI agent that administered the polygraph. She was asked TWO questions.

That doesn't mean she wasn't asked a lot of questions before the actual polygraph.

As Mello indicates, the Trumpettes are digging in panic for any possible tidbit to save their sex assaulter guys (Kavanaugh, and more important, DonaldGrabEmbythePussy Trump). Sweat, Mello, sweat. :D

I'm sure Dr. Ford appreciates this fucking yokel rebutting her before she's even had the chance to speak.

so we cant have opinions PRIOR

to her "speaking"

so we IGNORE

BK saying not true

Judge saying not true

Calendar saying not true

2 men saying it was them and not BK?

WHY?

Queerape has had to fall back on his trademark "whattaboutism" much earlier than anticipated.

Clearly you've never worked in a major corporation.

The merest whiff of an allegation like this would be taken VERY seriously, and probably require suspension (at the very least) while it's investigated. HR Departments bend over backwards to accommodate these kinds of complaints.

You're a moron.

Just because the presumption of innocence is required in a court of law does not make it inappropriate for other venues; that's a stupid deflection. Continually beating that drum on that already worn out talking point advanced by the Dems isn't going to make it any more valid.

The only reason it's even being suggested in that light is because this particular accusation wouldn't pass muster under any circumstances. It wouldn't pass muster in an HR department at any major corporation.

The presumption of innocence underpins our entire society. It determines what we do with rumors and gossip long before anything even comes to the attention of the authorities or a prosecutor or a grand jury it's only as a last step that we decide something has enough merit to take it all the way to trial.

That doesn't mean she wasn't asked a lot of questions before the actual polygraph.

She wasn't asked what happened before the polygraph, she was asked what happened during the polygraph along with being asked if the polygraph was documented with audio and video.

The rest of that quote was:

"I remember being hooked up to a machine, like, being placed onto my body, and...ummm, being asked a lot of questions...and crying...a lot. That's my primary memory of that test."

I don't care if Kavenaugh goes through or not, I just noticed a discrepancy in her testimony.

Their desperation to save this guy is hard to understand, since there are any number of rightwing robots who will cast all the same votes as Kavanaugh, but who have never assaulted anybody (example: the last guy they put on the Court).

The two reasons I can come up with as to why they're so emotionally attached to him:

1. His track record of believing a President is above the law is obviously appealing to Trump.

2. His track record as a rich douchebag who treats women like shit is likewise appealing to Trump.

The thread is up to 64 pages, and nobody has yet suggested any good reason to doubt Ford's story or believe Kavanaugh's.

"Accused" equals "convicted" to you? My statement was "accused" those accusations, by the way, were actually corroborated by both physical evidence and contemporaneous statements by the victims at the time of the events. Unlike kavanaugh's accuser.

Kavanaugh has not even been accused of rape, much less convicted (your standard) and you lot are referring to anyone pointing out not just that there is no corroboration but that her named witnesses to this alleged event negatively corroborated her claims are "rape enablers."

Isn't the important thing what the polygraph actually revealed? It's not in dispute that she did take a polygraph. (And for the record, I think polygraphs are about as useful as reading the bumps on someone's head, which is why I haven't brought the results up in her defense.)

Juanita Broaddrick Shows Up At Kavanaugh Hearing To Look ‘Hypocrite Democrats’ In Eye

None of that is true. Dems pushing that hyperbolic false narrative to Bork him is going to steel tte resolve of Republicans.

Had the Dems played it more truthful, it might have worked. "Gee, these were youthful, drunken fumblings and he may have matured, but gosh I am uncomfortable that he won't just admit it and apologize" might have worked.

Pretending that he's this monster out there grabbing pussies at every turn when no one that knows him says that is true is just stupid.

Exactly, as they should be. They should and have been not hired or let go. It happens all of the time. Just look at the Trump administration. He has a fella there that was canned for his cover up of the sexual harassment of women.

Cornyn: “Basically she’s repeating what we already knew, which is she believes something happened. She believes it was Brett Kavanaugh but everybody she claims was in the house denies having any knowledge of it. There is no corroboration.”

WHERE ARE PARENTS Of DEMOCRAT ACTIVIST Christine Blasey Ford? Why Won’t They Support Her 11th-Hour Claim Of Sexual Assault By Kavanuagh?
