Another activist with an unsubstantiated claim.
Not much of a 'boom.'
I’m sure there is a paper trail of that time line. Republicans knew about this assault before the news of Kavanaugh’s calendars dropped.

Thank you for setting the record straight. I was wrong to say a woman came forward because Kavanaugh turned up calendars supposedly showing he wasn’t at a party sexually assaulting Dr Ford.
Not that the details will ever matter to you because no one is ever going to ask you to sire their children but you seem to have some misunderstanding about biology, co-parenting, divorce, children and families.
"Biological" father is what you will never be. You have to be the one that sires the children. Divorce is not "losing your family." Your children (well, not yours, I am speaking generally about men who have sired children) are still your family. They now have two families. If their mother remarries, her husband is a stepfather, not a biological father.
I realize this is all very confusing to you since I am sure your family could see that you were unsuitable for continuing the line so they didn't fill you in on how these things work.
Hope that helps.

In a statement, two of those male classmates who Ramirez alleged were involved in the incident, the wife of a third male student she said was involved, and three other classmates, Dino Ewing, Louisa Garry, and Dan Murphy, disputed Ramirez's account of events: "We were the people closest to Brett Kavanaugh during his first year at Yale. He was a roommate to some of us, and we spent a great deal of time with him, including in the dorm where this incident allegedly took place. Some of us were also friends with Debbie Ramirez during and after her time at Yale. We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it—and we did not. The behavior she describes would be completely out of character for Brett. In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident until Brett's Supreme Court nomination was pending. Editors from the New Yorker contacted some of us because we are the people who would know the truth, and we told them that we never saw or heard about this."
The former friend who was married to the male classmate alleged to be involved, and who signed the statement, said of Ramirez, "This is a woman I was best friends with. We shared intimate details of our lives. And I was never told this story by her, or by anyone else. It never came up. I didn't see it; I never heard of it happening."
I wholeheartedly agree Ramone.
Please. This is disgusting. Vote. Get on with it. And for those opposed, work hard to get someone elected with whom you agree. As Valerie Jarrett said, "Elections have consequences."
For those on the left, the current state of affairs is YOUR legacy. If Judge Kavanaugh withdraws, YOU lose(again). In fact the behavior of the left has already further damaged them in the eyes of the majority of Americans.
Remember, when and if you ever get your turn, you have NOBODY who can meet the standards you are holding Judge Kavanaugh to. It will be the same shit, all over againg.
Accept that this man is a qualified nominee and approve even though you may disagree. That never was the point of these hearings.
Oh! Well, if the "people closest to Brett" say it didn't happen, then what are we even arguing about?
I guess we could wait for his parents and his DKE circle jerk brothers to chime in with their unbiased views.
Beep, beep. Merrick Garland, moron.
I don’t think you understand what majority means.
I don’t think you understand what majority means.
But, but, but. That was then, this is now. I guess you believe that two wrongs make a right.
Ramirez sat down with a lawyer for six days in order to recall her memory of a party where she was blackout drunk. Is that really the profession that deals with repressed memory? Even the NYT could not find a shred of corroboration.
But we see the end game, as I have been discussing for pages in this thread, the goal is to delay the nomination, so that the Judge cannot be seated for this current SCOTUS session and Feinstein has just made that official by demanding that there be no testimony on Thursday while these bogus claims are being "investigated."
Hey, Republicans, stop playing the role of Charlie Brown and just fucking vote.
Everyone but you seems to see the cynical game being played here...
She never stated she was black out drunk. Please, stop making crap up. There are other folks in that article that remember the incendent happening.
What about the parties where women were being drugged and gang raped? Will that change your mind? Will you defend and deflect from those crimes as well?
"Deborah Ramirez attended Yale University with Brett Kavanaugh. They were both present at a party in a dorm room their freshman year, Ramirez told The New Yorker's Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer. They sat in a circle with other students, consuming alcohol, and Ramirez became extremely drunk. She was "foggy and slurring her words," according to The New Yorker, when a male student exposed himself to her. She pushed him away, touching his penis in the process, she said."
Same source as before.
