I'm not sure what happened to you, but in the past few months or so you've gone full tilt boogie into snarky sarcastic whiny pettiness. It's like you're trying to score points with what you perceive as these clever mind game logic traps. Without realizing that common sense really should play a role in logic.

Now, COME ON!! This woman has been through a lot and totally was not at all trying to help Bork Kavannaugh.
The only thing to do here is to call dozens and dozens of "witnesses" who have no specific information about the events she alleges to see if there is any "there" there. There is no reason to revictimize this victim. If the judge had any integrity at all he would just stepped down to save her any further embarrassment.
Obviously he has no integrity. Did you hear he was in a frat that involved drinking?
These proposed hearings on an event that cannot be corroborated should take a few weeks or months, tops.
I am certain that Chuck Schumer would be willing to agree to end these hearings, by November 7th.
Naturally if the Republicans lose control of the senate in this latest election it would only be right to put off confirmation until the new Senate is in session because it would just be wrong to seat a Supreme Court Justice with a lame duck session.
I mean ..COME ON...what's "fair" is fair.
