Kreepy Kavanaugh

I would certainly dispute that people don't care about the Supreme Court. That's what the 2016 Election was all about--who was going to be able to name the next couple of SC justices and push the nominations through. Where were you in November 2016?

You mean the election that about 20% of eligible voters showed up for?

Kinda proves my point.

I'm thinking you went to the DJT School of Facts....

From my perspective, YOU are posting as an entitled elitist. I'M saying my peer group are working hard, coming home dirty, and trying to survive. I'm surprised to hear you denigrating them, but such is life on the lit. Toss a quarter in the homeless guys cup on your way out to dinner.

I'm thinking you weren't responding to my post.

I'm also thinking that if you had any awareness at all and were, in fact, working hard, coming home dirty, and trying to survive, you would have easily figured Donald Trump out before the election. The natural conclusion is that, in addition to those things, you aren't the brightest bulb in the chandelier, which might explain why you come home dirty from work and are having trouble surviving.

It might help evidence your point, if this wasn't pretty normal for U.S. elections and if prior ones had had the Russians messing around with people's minds via a social media that wasn't anywhere as robust in any election before 2016.

You're not a deep thinker, are you? You must not be if you're working hard, coming home dirty, having trouble surviving and still carry water for Donald Trump.

I was talking to Zumi and didn't want to clutter up the thread with repeat gifs.

I didn't vote for Trump. I voted for the Big Johnson.

I also think Obama was the best President since WWII and would vote for him again if he could run.

I realize I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I do have two undergrad degrees, two masters degrees and a doctorate, I'm fairly secure financially and I don't have to lie about my military service or pretend to be something I'm not.

You're an asshole.

She hired an ex-FBI agent to administer the lie detector test she allegedly passed.

She has scrubbed her social media. Her students describe her as being dark, mad, crazy. Students have rated her at 2.3 out of 5.0 on a Rate Your Professor website, a failing grade.

One student declaring:

"Christine ford is the worst educator I have ever experienced," one student wrote. "Avoid taking her class and avoid any interaction with this person. I feel like she has something wrong with her and I am surprised no one has caught this. Also avoid fullerton's MSW program as long as she is there."

Another says:

"Prof. Ford is unprofessional, lacks appropriate filters, and I am honestly scared of her," he/she wrote in a 2014 review. The student reported receiving an A in her class despite his or her displeasure with the professor. "She’s made comments both in class and in e-mails, if you cross her, you will be on her bad side. I fear to think of the poor clients that had to deal with her while she got her MSW and her LCSW. Absolutely the worst teacher I ever had."

Interesting. Did any accuse her of attempted rape?

The sloppy idiots have the wrong professor.

You're an asshole.

People will believe BS without checking the actual facts. See the above.

But you're supporting Donald Trump's agenda on this board. Who do you think you're fooling?

I don't have a doctorate. Seemed a waste of time by the time I was in a career--just like it seems a waste of time or a spacey brain to get two undergraduate degrees, doesn't it? I don't lie about military service either. Never was in the military and you will find no claim by me anywhere that I was. Was already working on the Vietnam War before my draft number would have come up and then was exempted--because I was already in the war. I am, however, a graduate of the U.S. Army War College. That's something that can come later when you done good in supporting the military--in actual fact, on the ground.

You're an asshole.

Nooooo. Because people who work hard and are in touch with their self-interest wouldn't be supporting the Donald Trump road show if they had any intelligence.

Rightguard apparently hasn't been keeping up with his marching orders. Kellyanne put out the word this morning not to attack the accuser. It seems the Repugs have figured out there's a bigger picture going on here and that no matter what happens with Kavanaugh, women voters in November will remember how the charge was handled and the Repugs are definitely on a thin edge of the sword of justice on the MeToo business.

Well one reason, sir, is that you fail to realize the inter-connectedness of society with your smug "it's all about me fuck you" attitude. The youth are our future. What happens in DC affects many people down the line. Just like our ecosystem, when one part becomes unbalanced it creates havoc.

You arrogant rightists aren't the only ones who WORK HARD, earn a living, serve in the military, eat cornflakes, ad naseam, you know, that type of superior thinking b.s. so you can stop right there. Funny many Dump Humpers were unemployed and still voted for him, hoping he would bring jobs to 'merica. <smirk>

Yes? Thanks for the plug of my earlier account--changed when I hit having posted 1,000 actual stories here under that name.

We're not going to have to do another round of "not all SR71 pilots were in the Air Force in this program developed, paid for, and largely flown by the CIA," are we?

That's bullshit. No man should suffer a career ending event on the simple accusation of a conflicted woman with a personal and political ax to grind against him without any evidence produced.

The “conflicted” women isn’t trailer trash from Deplorableville trying to score meth, but a highly respected professional.

It’s only karma that the slime ball that drafted the insulting, degrading questions for Bill Clinton is now himself on the other end of the stick.

The highly indignant white men who rail for god, morality and virtue are all too often just compensating for their own weaknesses.

He should withdraw and save what dignity he can.

Terminal TDS.

Don calls him “one of the finest men I’ve ever known.”

He just fucking met the guy! And does Brett want to be lumped in with Manafort and Cohen?

Or with Donald Trump, for that matter?

Oh, I don't think he should withdraw on the basis what has been claimed so far. He very well could be innocent of this. We don't know. I'd vote him down for various other reasons, especially because he has been caught in lying before in congressional testimony. But this needs more umpf behind it before just assuming he's guilty of a continuing attitude on this rather than this either being a false politically inspired accusation or being one unfortunate mistake by a teenager with raging, newly encountered hormones and unsettled judgment who then learned from it and not only never did it again but used it as an example of what not to do.

If he withdraws at this point on this, unsubstantiated accusations get increased power to choke out the truth.

Having now said he was never even at the party in question, considerably lowers the bar, I believe, from a he did she said.

Well, no it doesn't without something further. She apparently can't pinpoint the party time/place either. Or have you seen proof that there was such a party they both were at? If not, it's still in the he said/she said zone. And having had to handle sexual harassment cases before when the conclusion was that the accuser (not always a woman) was using the bias of presumption of the accuser's word being true, I'd have to see more evidence than I've seen here so far. Although I couldn't accept that the word of the other guy present could be assumed not to have bias--and, in this case, political bias--I think we need to hear from him. And from others at the party if the time/place can be pinned down.

I think you're showing a bias in assumption.

Basically, I'm happy I'm not the one who has to act on any of this information. I don't want Kavanaugh to be confirmed but that's based on much more than this issue and I won't cheer if this issue is falsely being used to reach the result I prefer.

If The Democrats Can't Win Fair, They Plant False Sexual Allegations. The Kavanaugh Accuser Is A Liberal Activist Known For Holding Grudges And Getting Even With Those She Doesn't Like. The Only Witness Says She Is Lying. 65 Women That Know Him Have Come To Kavanaugh's Defense. Disrupting The Proceedings By Screaming Every Few Minutes Didn't Work So The Democrats Are Trying This Now. They Have No Morals Or Moral Compass.
