He has no prosecutorial authority and must make criminal referrals to the very people he's investigating. We need a special prosecutor to investigate the DOJ and the FBI.

I'm more interested in the IG report still outstanding concerning FISA application abuses by the DOJ, FBI, and Obama White House officials. I suspect the prosecutorial activities of John Huber will pick up on the release of that report.
