No, he just "Forgot" to tell me at 5 when he received a call from an upset customer: His people couldn't read their information at all and could we fix it.

His excuse was that he and his wife went out and blah blah blah. (He got drunk, woke up and remembered he had to call me)

And boom, he texted me to say all is good
