I've noticed that Eva Star (Starry) has gone again. This always makes me sad - but also confused. I know three men who've been asking for their account to be deleted for months now, and they haven't been. But Eva has managed it. I wonder how? Hmmm.

This actually is very interesting. Let me share my experience:
Right before my mom fell and broke her hip, she bought a smartphone. Since she can't figure out how to set it up, or go back to the store, she wanted my help. So I took it back to the store, but they couldn't set it up because I'm not on her account. She has to call and add me as an authorized user. So we call customer service, but they can't just add me, or set up her new account. No, they will send her a passcode (via text, which she does not do), then someone (me) has to go online, and add me, then I have to go back to the store to get it set up. Seems overly complicated, esp. since they have all her account info right there!

So far she has only dropped it once (didn't crack it luckily!) but she isn't doing too bad on it, much better than I expected.
That sounds so irritating.. I'm just lucky my technology nerd of a sister was here to set it up so I didn't have to go through anything like that. Knowing my mom though.. she'll probably mess it up within a week
it's just a matter of when lol
