not bad thanks, it's crap out. I've been busy cooking this morning. I should have been at work this morning but they've asked me to do this aft. and since my old man will be engrossed in this afternoons footie i said ok.

I've had a formal letter from work for another meeting
Monday 12noon.

The letter is an exact replica of the one for 2 weeks ago.
Now they've realised I'm not a pushover they seem to think they need to be all formal.

Not to worry. one of the big managers phone me the other day and offered to be my representative

And about bloody timeYou should NEVER have had those meetings without representation! FACT!!!!!

use the DDA, and remember they have to put in "reasonable adjustments" and i mean real ones, not the ones they think will do. You can always ring DWP for some funding, I know you used to work for them but things have changed a lot since you were there. Look out for "constructive dismissal" tack ticks. But if you have one of the big gaffas on side you should be good.
