Maybe to make America great again.

I'm wonder about the necessity of having, say, six or more bullets....are you that poor a shot? Do you really require more than six opportunities to hit a target? The purpose of an auto-loading semiautomatic rifle is to acquire as many targets in the shortest possible amount of time. I cannot think of a civilian situation that would require more than six shots fired in the shortest amount of time, save to commit mass murder.

Folks without firearms have a hard time shooting lots of people. Is that hard to grok?
Unauthorized folks carrying firearms on or near schools should be hanged. Too easy?
Keep all the firearms you want -- in private. In public, join a well-regulated militia.
How about that's not the law and I'll cary guns all over because M'uricuh!!!
And there is nothing you or your USA hating leftist friends can do about it.![]()
I don't believe anti-gun or strict gun control folks hate America.
If the laws were to be changed and the 2nd repealed or amended then that's because most wanted it and that's what America is.
It's the ignorance that bothers me. Don't talk about guns if you don't know anything about guns. Don't blame the actions of one on the 99.99% who have never bothered a soul.
The only signal this shooter didn't send was to wear a T-shirt proclaiming the date, time and location of his intended murderous rampage.
To see a wooden spokes-caricature from the FBI say that even though they got the tip WEEKS before the shooting, it was assessed that it did not reach their guidelines as a 'chargeable offense'.
How about a 'watchable offense' assholes? How about an indication that this info was worthy of even a phone call, let alone alerting the local police, or an actual visit?
The FBI is the laughing stock of the world, and not just because of this.
How can other countries deal with those facts, and the US can't?My problem with gun control, which has already been mentioned, is that it only affects the law abiding citizens who aren't going to shoot anyone anyway unless it's to defend themselves. If you walk into an establishment with the intent to kill people then you don't really give a shit whether there are laws against what you're doing or what you're doing it with.
People who want guns will continue to find ways to get them and people who don't care about the law will continue to sell them.

Because we have more people than they that dont care about the law and we have a 350-500 million gun head-start along with generous "safety net" that allows criminals to allocate money for guns that would otherwise be spent on housing and food.
Where do you people live, that you need several guns to defend yourself?
I have never lived in such a place, so I am curious.

Hurr Durr! Public assistance leads to gun ownership! Hurr Durr!
Good thing the orange shitgibbon is working to remove the public safety net! That'll lead to less guns in the hands of #ThosePeople, and the school shooting problem is solved! Brilliant!
Yeah, I've never felt the need to be tooled up when nipping down to Sainsbury's for a pint of milk. And I live in officially the most violent part of the UK.
