So when do we shoot Trump out of a cannon and into the Sun?

Sean Hannity blamed the sharp drop of the Dow Jones on Obama.

I think he is an even bigger liar than the President.

Why the stock market plunged Monday

The first thing to know about the stock market's eye-watering slide Monday is that it wasn't caused by anything fundamental.

There was no particular piece of news that drove the major averages to capsize, in a move that sent the Dow industrials off more than 1,500 points — a new intraday record — briefly in the final hour of trading.

Instead, the market took on a mind of its own, where sentiment and likely some computer-programmed trading sent Wall Street into a bizarre tizzy. Fear brewed over a number of issues, with the biggest being trepidation about rising interest rates even though government bond yields actually were lower on the day.

"The key thing that I think people keep in mind here is that the market moves a lot very quickly, it doesn't mean fundamentals are changing that quickly," added Richard Bernstein, CEO of Richard Bernstein Advisors. "What you are seeing is the recalibration among investors that we actually are in a late-cycle environment."

According to Trump, not clapping at his SOTU speech is treason.

But still our RWCJ and Fauxbertarians won't say a bad word about the wannabe dictator.

Yeah, I miss quoted his exact words, so I fixed it.

Lot’s of Republicans wringly tossing that word around now.

It's only acceptable to discuss shooting a Republican president. Just ask any liberal. :)

The irony is that they referred to Obama as "Glorious Leader" but it is Trump that demands to be viewed that way.

He thinks the FBI should be "his guys" and not a separate entity.

And the republican silence from Congress is simply shameful. Our actual democracy is being threatened like never before with congressional republicans going party over separation powers.

I bet they are shaking in their Republican boots in PA right about now, with more states to follow. Fighting that wrong is the only way I see to upend his support short of him being hauled off in hand cuffs.

Interesting piece on five thirty eight:

Obama refers to U.S. Armed Forces as ‘My Military’

In case you missed it, President Obama referred to the United States armed forces as “my military” during a statement to the media regarding the Syrian crisis Friday.

“But as I’ve already said,” Obama noted, “I have had my military and our team look at a wide range of options.”

He’s not the Commander in Chief, or the highest ranking officer of the FBI.
Exactly. A commander (at any level, doesn't have to be CiC) often refers to those under their command as "my troops", same as an exec might refer to "my staff". Tromp could talk or tweet of his Army. or his fleet, and nobody would blink. They are indeed 'his' to command.

But staff of an independent department or agency work for that ministry's head, not for whomever appointed that head. Sessions could talk of "my DoJ lawyers" but Tromp can't. And even as CiC, his military subordinates are not his personal servants. Federal workers swear oaths to the Constitution, not to a POTUS. His demands of loyalty are vile and anti-republican.

Poor widdle nipper, never left his mommy's teat long enough to learn the Constitution. Under it, of course, are only 3 branches of government: the Legislative, the Judicial, and the Executive. Congress heads the first, the Supreme Court the second, and the President the Executive. Under the Executive, and the thus the President, comes the Department of Justice, and under it comes the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Poor widdle nippy fantasizes the FBI "a separate entity" when - IN FACTual reality - it is under the FULL constitutional authority of the President of the United States of America.

Shoulda tried learning a whole lot more rather than sucking so much, nip.

So, stock market corrects days after the President's handpicked Fed Chair starts his job?

Talk about voting with your wallet!

This one's on the President.

The poster known as Saint_Ann is going to shoot President Trump an email about the difference between credible and non-credible threats?
