Positivity, and someone once said something to me that stuck. It’s a simple physics equation. Put more energy in that you burn, the extra stays. Put less energy in than you burn, the extra has to come from reserves... until you get the reserves down to where you want to be!

Difficult this time of year, the word ‘no’ is harder to use as people think you are just miserable... I know, I use the word all year round and it annoys the hell out of people!

Well, if they want to give you something ask them to donate to a charity and tell you about it in a card. I don't know about the UK but we have a mission here for homeless people. I think next year, we will see about volunteering some time there... and there's always the Veteran's Home.

Last year my brother gave me a gift card for Amazon. I've used it all year long for books and... other things. ;) The last of it went toward a movie titled 9 1/2 Weeks. For research. :rolleyes:

I just hope i can cope with those crowds.

I spent today making Rum Truffles for my siblings, and then watching a film.
Part of me will be glad to go back to work. Im running out of things to do at home.

Everyone has told me to not bother this christmas.
So ive made my special Spicy Tomato chutney, Truffles, bottled some mind blowing wine.......

Nice one, can you give a critique of the main tenets of the film??

I asked for donations to UNICEF... elderly relatives don’t understand the concept. It’s fine, I have managed to cut the number down in both directions so some succeed!!

Loads of charities to give to, including the one I work for!
