Mara, 63 and not ready to quit

If I saw you dressed like that, I would be enjoying it so much, hoping not to have my face slapped.
Book festivals could to be a happy hunting ground for voyeurs of course my imagination may be working overtime.

Laughing. They do go through their moods, don’t they. Mine are much more sensitive post cancer surgery, but hey I’m so glad to still have my nipples that I go for every sensation I can get. For a limited time only.
Sorry to hear about the cancer, I hope you're okay now. Did you do any type of treatment or do you plan on it? Have you started having shooting pains since the surgery? I had a biopsy several months ago & have had shooting pains since.

Just got power back, but still no internet so I’m working from my phone. Good thing I got most of my thread-tending done last night.

The shirt is black, but the stone is purple. What do you think is going on underneath?

That's a sexy top, I like it! What kind of stone is that?

I guarantee I wouldnt be looking at any books if you showed up that like that!

Find your entertainment where you will. ;)

MMMMMMMMara - I think you mean "what I didn't wear to the book festival" And we're glad you didn't. So nice and perky :)

They like to move and be free.

Definitely a Thriller.

Laughing. ;)

Damn!! That must have broken a lot of people's concentration 😂

I was comfortable.

You can't tell a boob by its cover, says an old wise Mmmmm......an.

You slay me, MsG. Your creativity is delightful.

You have done us 'proud' again Mara. Hope you didn't poke anyone's eye out.

Making me smile, Todger.

You could be mistaken for a Brail manuscript.

Once again, I'm imitating that stone. :)

I could go for some finger-reading. ;)

What books? I bet all eyes were on you, ;)

Oh no no...

Find anything interesting there?

Or, did anything interesting find you?

Several novels centered on immigrants’ experiences interest me. The Leavers by Lisa Ko and Salt Houses by Hala Alan. In fact, I’d already bought them based on critical reviews, before their authors were announced as festival participants. Hearing the writers speak about their process left me moving those novels up in the reading rota.

I loved Celeste Ng’s first novel and enjoyed hearing her speak. Lily Tuck was a hoot!

Can we once again give credit to the purple stone?

Oh yes! And it felt nice and cool on my skin.

Plenty of people around certainly.
I have gone to plenty of book festivals without encountering any particular attention. But you remember the Savannah photos — sometimes I flash something or other. I took an upskirt selfie while in the audience of a panel discussion on Saturday.

Poking through as it were ;)

Irrepressible.

Nice video, Mrs has a rather sexy accent mmmmmm xx

I love voices. Thanks for the compliment and welcome to the thread.
I bet you have a sexy accent also. What’s different to our ear is so appealing.

People have always wondered why I was fascinated with books, why I love reading.

Exhibit HOT!

Awww... Thanks, RJ.

Oh dear, I’m sorry you’re having issues. Grrrr. I will write privately.

But to clear things up, my breast cancer surgery was in April 2015. Lumpectomy was my only treatment — but the lump was tennis ball size, so that much was removed from both sides to balance me out. I was fortunate to need no radiation, no chemo. And the surgeon moved my nipples up on the reduced breasts, but I do still have nipple sensation. Yes, in addition to the good nipple sensation, there is also the occasional shooting zing deep in the breast tissue. Who knew there were so many nerves in there as well as all the ducts.

Here’s my surreptitious upskirt in a pew of the Old South Church during the book festival.
