Seems the web site went down for a bit. I figured it might be a reboot to fix things, perhaps profiles, no go on editing but I can upload a AV now.. Progress I guess.
That might be a function of you having passed 100 posts a while ago.

Yeah it probably is. The moment has passed, unfortunately.

Also, I'm sure it will seem untoward in the #metoo universe.

<Lance>

I thought that was awfully odd when Alyssa Milano tweeted, "Pound me, too!"

The great thing about things that aren't toys, such as trees, is that they can so quickly become all toys. One lakeside tree today was successively a treehouse, a tea room, and a plane, which unfortunately crashed killing all passengers.

Fortunately, however, Small had some plasters, and used them to fix both plane and passengers. And then we had to hurry so as not to miss jumping off lots of logs.

You're absolutely right of course. A cardboard box, large enough to climb into is hours of entertainment.

It was a beautiful day (except for the fucking funeral— shit, I could go to a goddamn funeral every day of the week around here).

There's but one problem with running on the trail through the woods these days— between the carpet of fallen leaves and the long shadows, it's basically impossible to see where you're putting your foot. It's a frickin' miracle I didn't twist an ankle (or worse). I thought I had but kept running through the pain; thank god my tendons and muscles are strong. I ran the best time for the four miles over that course through the forest that I've run since spring.

So, as a reward, I'm gonna stuff my face with pizza tonight. It's been a couple of years since I stopped eating pizza regularly. I'm within eight pounds of where I weighed when I was eighteen. I deserve a treat.

The worst part about getting older isn't the wrinkles, the graying hair, or the various aches and pains that come with age. The worst part is the increasing frequency of illness and death in the people surrounding you.

AMEN!!

I was just talking about this with a friend a few days ago. I hate that death is starting to hit too close to home at a more frequently the older I get.:(

It has been much brighter around here come to think of it.

10 effing years in the making.

Holy cow... It might be safe to get more personal without being concerned about being stalked.
god dammit - took him off ignore after fata's liticide, hoping to see his banning... then, when it didn't happen, i stuck him back on ignore and flippin' missed it!

i'd be delighted if only for the fact he'll be back. haunting the damned place.

Hell I wouldn't have even noticed if Aglo hadn't posted that. I was thinking he'd been awfully quiet and was enjoying the reprieve.

On an unrelated note, my Kitty Girl likes broccoli. But then I always knew she was a smart individual.

I am engaged to William Gibson. This is profoundly worrying yet incredibly cool.
