I'm always disappointed by tenderloin. Beautifully tender but lacks the substance, the deeper flavor of a rib roast or even a strip steak.
 
It looks far too hoity toity to me.

I prefer my beef rubbed and grilled and next to a baked potato.
 
I'll do dessert. Now that I can handle for hoity toity specialty stuff.

In fact I'm in the mood to make puff pastry so I'll probably be doing that this weekend. :cool:
