I wasn't referring to the carnal aspect of physique, Elle and Debbie. You missed my point.

Mother nature might have endowed you with the best assets, and you could have been born into a palace.

It's about an air of refinement and intelligence or lack of, as reflected by expression and demeanor.

Photos are a moment in time. You can be adorable in your overalls one morning, and dressed up to the nines that evening.

A farm kid can also be a great scholar. Or any other combination.

We see fractions, merely fractions of each other here.

Hello El!

We see what is left when the guard is let down. Some never take their armor off. Others get their buttons pushed like a walmart shopping cart.

There is no air of refinement when you've been feeding last years silage out to the hungry cattle. More like eau de toilette perfume ala pong.

Canada sucks a harsh, thorny, cock.

I miss Milwaukee...it beats Toronto in every quantifiable way.
(except for Bud Selig and the Brewers...)

Well, you saw more of me and G! 😜

I think the thing is that selectively we can reveal more, but to think you know someone from open board, or gossip or even some chats is a little odd. You can have an idea of some of their personality of course but all? Pfft. You see a picture of some one looking a mess doesn't make that person a mess . You see some one in a suit doesn't mean they work in one...

I have been told I am not at all like the Pete they know from the board. I have never met anybody that was "not at all" like their board persona. Meeting fills in gaps and adds information from the other senses.

Plus, some of us have been here for many moons. How much has my posting, my life, and my love of tits changed since 2002?

Well, posting and life.

Well, Emerson might look like a total babe or brain surgeon IRL,

but he Does look like an oakie when photographed.:rose:

There's no way of cosmeticising that fact.

You can't stereotype farmers. I grew up in an area where there were a lot of farmers who had been hippies back in the 60s, and some who had families that had farmed there since the 1700s. They were as different as night and day.

And, every farm is a business. It's not all miking cows and plowing fields. It involves planning, bookkeeping, sales, inventory, labor management,on and on. It's every bit as complex as running a store or a restaurant.

I never understood the point of alt's on Lit.
Until I carried on a convo I never would have if he wasn't an alt.

Then I got it.

None of the next generation was interested in taking over the family farm. It was a beautiful place. Decades of hard work had all the systems in place. Everything was there.

None of the next generation wanted to work that hard. The hours, the risk. I give my full respect to those that work the land. I thankfully eat your food.

Any place you go in northern Maine, if you walk into the woods you come upon old stone walls, low places on the ground that were once cellars, clearings ringed with lilacs, a little stand of apple trees.

Thousands of farms where some family worked and loved each other and died. Some of them probably my ancestors. All gone back to the woods now.

That sounds peaceful and beautiful.

The rest of my family story is the farm was bought by a young couple. I was there a handful of years ago and the place looked better than ever. Green and full of life. It was the right decision and I wish them the best.

It is peaceful and beautiful, but melancholy as well.

I'm glad your family's farm is active and productive. It honors all those who worked the land before.

I can't stop watching the clip of Trump at the National Space Council EO signing. Buzz Aldrin's face is fantastic.

More people I know have been put into the hospital than anything that came off a mouse.

I treat most spiders with the dignity they deserve, but one run-in with a Brown Recluse....BURN IT!

Ahem, you did turn traitor from the Avs

(Which sounds funnier in doubletalk)
