carolyn...obviously, as with all kinks, there are different "effects" fueled by different "desires". But at the most basic level, chastity is about surrender and submission. It is allowing another person to take control of your "sex...your manhood", etc. The thrill of that comes to a sub male because it is so 'taboo' for a 'real man' to surrender his own cock to another person's control.
