I would like to do things to/with/on/in Lana Del Rey.

But I also don't like her.

I'm complicated!

I can't freakin' sleep.

It's almost 1:30 in the morning, alarm due to go off in five hours and I'm awake.

Yay.

I never understood this way of thinking...I could live for weeks off my pantry foods. Alcohol cabinet is always fully stocked, and now also includes additional gifted shitty libations.

Of course you've never understood this way of thinking. You have that uncommon thing called "common sense."

Like the mindless animals they are, the media codependents, the anxiety-disordered, the gullible and the suggestible are easily panicked.

Spring begins in 6 days. Seems like Mother Nature is packing the worst of winter into a week's time. I feel sorry for those dealing with the blizzard. We didn't even get an inch so far. In spite of this, I'm confident people will use snow as an excuse not to come to work today. One of the guys I work with has used all 5 days of his sick time plus 2 more days of PTO already and it's only been a month and a half of the new fiscal year. I'm guessing he won't be with us much longer.

Hey, Wrong Element...

Stradivarius heard for first time since it was stolen from famed violinist Roman Totenberg in 1980

The three daughters of renowned violinist Roman Totenberg heard the sound of their late father’s Stradivarius for the first time since it was stolen nearly four decades ago.

The prized 18th century instrument came back to life Monday night at a private Manhattan concert, tucked under the chin of longtime Totenberg student Mira Wang.

“It has such a different sound than most violins, it’s so rich and so deep, and it gave the three of us the feeling that our father was present in the room with us again tonight,” said Jill Totenberg, a public relations executive who sat in the audience alongside her sisters, Nina Totenberg, the National Public Radio legal affairs correspondent, and Amy Totenberg, a federal judge.

The “Ames” Stradivarius, named after a violinist who once owned it, was made in Italy in 1734 and is now worth millions of dollars.

I just went slumming in the Find A Story forum. It's like a wasteland of JBJ threads if he were searching for stories.
