I started work as an operator on a 360/30. Was a BIG deal with the programmers when we upgraded from 32K to 64K. :)

We used to play a trig-driven Star Trek game using punch cards.

You'd wait by the teletype machine to find out the Klingons had better trig skills when they photon torpedo'd your ass.

The Snoopy and Pinup print outs were more my speed.
 
Larry and I are going to go shoot guns this afternoon. Then hunker down for the blizzard coming tonight.

Or, can you time your arrival so that the hub gets there first and sands the driveway?
 
Traction devices for shoes are a very good idea. Falls on icy surfaces can be quite dangerous if you go over backwards and hit your head.

Wear mittens too. Then you can have your hands out of your pockets. Much better to keep your balance or get hands out to take fall impact. Hard to do a proper judo fall when slipping unexpectedly on ice with hands in pockets.
