Although I sometimes wish that people who insist they're going to leave, regardless of whichever issue/candidate they're pitching a fit over, would just do it, and leave those of us interested in working together to do so. Nine times out of ten, however, they stick around and keep on driving spikes.

I'm feeling much better today. Thinking about all the back-room deals going down to thwart Trump (maybe even at this hour) and campaign promises he'll inevitably be forced to break, does my heart good. It's going to be one big shit show, and I already have my popcorn.
But, leave I shall - a promise is a promise. Thank you for holding me accountable. I will stick around long enough to hopefully win the Dead Pool for a 3rd consecutive time, enter again if Rob does another one, and then bid you all adieu as stipulated on 1/1/2017 for at least a year. You will be able to reach me via PM, however.

Yup, a wager is a wager, and I am out also. Still in shock that so many people would take Trump's bait, and that international destabilization has now reached our shores.
I can only hope that some of the Republicans in Congress will exert some moderating influence.
