Occupation forces

I've got those hup, two, three, four
Occupation GI Blues
From my GI hair to the heels of my GI shoes
And if I don't go stateside soon
I'm gonna blow my fuse

- Well, not me personally you understand. Wrong side of the pond. :)

Given China's growing influence in the Pacific (hefty aid to Pacific nations such as Tonga and Samoa, in danger of being submerged due to global warming), the American Lake might have to be renamed.

Hey, interesting museum. The NZ wearable art thing caught my eye. A girlfriend from years ago (probably 50 years ago; I try to stay friends :)), was telling me about it earlier this year. Who would have thought?

I never been... I saw something (including film) about it on Headline News a few years back.

I have, however, been to the Pro Football & Rock Hall museums (closer to where I live), & a few of my top All-Time favorite bands have been inducted since I was alive, but it upsets me I've been there since #2 on my list was, & they had very little representing the group (& probably less now).

About 10 or 12 years ago, we had a Walk Of Fame in London. As I recall, it began with a star for Jimmy Page (Led Zep). A year or so later it had gone.

I believe I read about Page actually working on the reissues of his band's work recently. Also, I know John Paul did some work on an REM CD. Meanwhile, my mother (who, unlike me, was alive in the 60s) confessed a few years back she thought Led Zep was 1 person.

There's a piece of concrete outside the back of my house with a footprint.
It's the famous footprint of my daft dog who walked over the freshly-laid cement.
:)

Daft? No ... I'm pretty sure that your dog knew precisely what he/she was up to. ;)
