Many years ago I had a Samoan friend who made excellent chop suey. Ross's chop suey was whatever was in the fridge - chicken, pork, beef, prawns - cooked really quickly with fresh ginger and garlic and sliced vegetables and fine noodles.

Fresh and tasty!
