My legs are tired from biking and hiking. My arms are tired from kayaking.
What a wonderful long weekend we had.
Good food, good spirits and good company.

Sounds like a veritable triathlon.

Good combination— upper body and lower body exercise.

None of it was very fast nor very far, but it was fun.
I put a new saddle on my bike so some of the rides were testing that and tweaking the angle etc.
Mostly, it's all just to keep us both moving.
The old saying "use it or lose it" is definitely true...and I want to keep it for as long as possible!
