How many of these inhuman beatings and deaths, committed by the hands of police officers, were hate crimes ?
It was hate that caused the police officer to bring his flashlight down on that teenager's face.
(Why does this have such deep roots in my consciousness ? It is because her white privilege did not protect her from his hate. She was young, pretty, blonde, blue eyed, and sitting in a nice car. It did not stop him.)
The teenager had her belief in America heightened, because justice was done.
The police officer came along, later. To show her the side of America's justice, that minorities know, as a way of life.
He hated us all, for celebrating the downfall of his hero.
His hero had plotted treason against our nation, and plotted betrayal against the people that the officer had sworn an oath to protect and serve.
It amazes me, that these people who plot treason, never stop to think that they will get caught, and that there will be a price to pay.
