The process of having orgasms while breastfeeding is a natural one, and has to do with the release of certain hormones while breastfeeding. Its called Letdown. And you can read further information on it here. For some women, this maybe hard to achieve because you need to be very relaxed. Some women will never achieve it. I didn't during the first six weeks, but by then my children (twins) and I settled into a good routine. I breast fed them together to save on time. The first time it happened, I felt this extreme tingling sensation, they were contented suckling away, I was contented, and I knew what was happening, so I closed my eyes, and let the pleasure take me for a ride.
