Those posters whom you assholes villify treated me in a respectful manner, right from the start.
And even if my knowledge etal were clearly below their level, they were curteous and explained to me a thing or two. Plus they're knowledgeable and intelligent, and they have a great sense of humour.

I'm not interested in hanging out with the progressive crew who treated me in a demeaning manner right from the start, and whose main rhetoric or counterarguments in political debates are "you're a moron".

But porn isn't taken seriously on sites that aren't porn sites. A lot of people don't think highly of it or the people who watch, write, read it.

There are some people here on the GB-because it is not a kink specific type of board-that like to think this place is 'so much more'. That and they have been tossed from more strictly moderated sites.

Just like there are writers here who look down on stroky silly porn stories as if what they're writing is of literary merit.

But it takes all kinds and for some kinds they need to feel self important and 'porn' takes away from that in their as you said archaic thinking.

Personally I've found people here to be far more intelligent than on alleged 'real discussion' sites.

And as far as I know, those who enable and perpetuate such disgusting comments about my sexuality are just as guilty. The enablers are:
- those who actively applaud or make excuses for the posters who do so, while calling me attention seeker who loves the attention, or mentally unstable for reacting to them.
- the political posters who make such statements in the line of "as long as you hang out with the "scum" (aka conservatives) you deserve everything that's coming your way".
