No, they tried to charge me for expedited shipping when it was their fault. $48 dollars. I don't think so!
 
I don't know, so far I've refused to re-up my Prime membership but the 2 hour thing sounds plausible.

The one thing I needed, 5 pounds of citric acid and they hadn't even shown it as shipped yet. It's due tonight by 8pm. The rep who helped me this morning was apologetic and offered a one day shipment to make up for it. He did NOT mention that he was going to charge me for it. So the second rep said it would be credited to my account. How long until that happens? I hate that I have to rely on them to get me anything but I don't live in a crunchy granola enough state to have my supplies readily available to me.

I can't even imagine what you have gone through with them. Ugh.

I've decided as a customer that if you don't pay for Prime they don't give a shit about you.

Nice! We're sorry we screwed up, and we'll only charge you $48 to fix it. :rolleyes:

It was a huge mess. Luckily, we had a day to shop for the munchkins so it all worked out. Next year we will not do our shopping online.

Went to the store to buy some fruit with our girl today. The cashier pointed out that the bag of grapes were $12. $12 for grapes??? They were put back.

It's not avocado season. Where was it grown?

We love fresh asparagus. A local farm grows it, but it is fresh for only three weeks of the whole year.
 
Being a career online tedium personality in forums has to be agonizingly exhausting to maintain, although it kinda makes sense if you don't have much of a life to begin with.
