The federal government, in control of Socialist elites and crony Capitalists, have turned a blind eye to the law and allowed the big Left cities and big .com enclaves to become sanctuary zones where the illegals can shelter in place with no fear of deportation while they await the next amnesty and legalization, then they can fan out across red-state America while the next wave of illegals take their place, sheltering in sanctuary.

Who said that? Was it a free market think tank or a writer here at Reason? Nope. But as the federal report issued just a day earlier noted, "most research does not find that licensing improves quality or public health and safety."

I don't live in the US, indeed, but I am an immigrant myself + a left-winger.
But the difference is, myself + most of those who went by the book sacrificed a lot (ie studied and worked their butt off) in order to pass through all the legal hoops.
