Last night I had the pleasure of Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra. Yep, that's a real name...didn't make it up.
It's two folds of vanilla and dark chocolate, that when you split them, has the most fantastic creamy caramel in between.
It was a moment...a good moment. hahahaha

Rich, but light. Creamy and sweet. Goes down easy. Not too filling. To be savored for special ocassions. Lots of work goes into something this special and it's worth every bit of it!
